Do I Need A Special Floor Jack Vw Mk5 Gti

Up until now all i have done is the exhaust and oil changes and have had access to a roll on lift now i need to rotate the rubbers on my fast but after looking under the car theres aero plastic stuff everywhere where do you put the jack pads without breaking anything.
