In some cases the only way to tear out the ceramic tile is with heavy equipment such as a jackhammer or air chisel. Any tile crack repair epoxy is good to have on hand. Why i think our floors are holding up so well i can t speak for tile floors painted with chalk paint but i think the durability of our floors is thanks to the paint that we chose.
